No prior experience needed — start from the fundamentals.
While generic VA courses teach you to "be a virtual assistant," the RevConnex Industry-Ready Method™ gives you the exact U.S. healthcare workflows, RCM systems, and client-ready portfolio that get you hired — even with zero medical background.
If you're ready to start a stable, in-demand remote career in U.S. healthcare, you're in the right place.
No prior experience needed — start from the fundamentals.
Transition into a more stable, in-demand remote career.
Upskill and expand into Medical VA and Revenue Cycle Management roles.
Build the skills to work within the U.S. healthcare system.
It's not because they're not smart enough. It's because they were taught theory — not the exact U.S. healthcare workflow a real billing manager expects on day one.
You learn calendar management and email reply. U.S. healthcare clients don't pay $7/hr for that — they pay $5/hr to someone in another country.
Free YouTube videos, scattered PDFs, no feedback loop. You "feel ready" — until the first interview question about EOBs or prior auth.
A piece of paper doesn't pay rent. Without real client systems experience and a portfolio, your application gets ignored.
You end up bidding $3/hr on Upwork against a thousand others. That's not a career. That's a side hustle that burns you out.
There is a faster, smarter path — and it doesn't require a medical degree, prior experience, or "luck."
Show me the methodA three-pillar system engineered by U.S.-trained RCM coaches to take you from zero medical background to "hire her now" in 6 weeks — and put you inside a real client environment before you graduate.
Coaches with 15+ years in the actual U.S. RCM cycle — eligibility, prior auth, billing, denials, AR. Live every Saturday & Sunday, 2–6 PM PHT. No pre-recorded fluff.
You don't just learn — you work. Practice inside the same EHR, billing, and clearinghouse workflows used by U.S. clinics today. Walk into your first interview already fluent.
Pass your assessments, put in the participation, and step into a real-client internship. You graduate with weeks of real experience, a working portfolio, and references — not just a certificate.
Each module is built backwards from what real U.S. healthcare hiring managers ask in interviews and expect on the job.
The map of the U.S. healthcare system — payers, providers, patients, and where you fit as a Medical VA.
The full RCM journey — from patient scheduling to final payment posting. The big picture every client expects you to know.
Verifying benefits like a pro. Insurance basics, eligibility checks, and the workflows that prevent denials before they happen.
Where most VAs get stuck. You'll master prior authorizations, peer-to-peer escalations, and clear patient cost communication.
CPT, ICD-10, modifiers, claim submission, ERAs, payment posting, and the AR follow-up that actually moves money.
The #1 skill clients pay premium for. CARC/RARC codes, appeals, recovery — turn rejections into revenue.
Communicate like a U.S. teammate. Build the portfolio, resume, and intro video that get you shortlisted.
Core training, free bonuses, and the certificates that get you hired — all in one program.

Complete the program, pass your written and practical assessments, and show up with real participation — and you'll graduate genuinely industry-ready: real-client internship experience, a working portfolio, three certificates, and references that get you shortlisted. Top performers earn a partner-client recommendation letter. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
Yes — and that's exactly who we built this for. Over 80% of our graduates started with no healthcare experience. The curriculum starts from the absolute basics of the U.S. healthcare system and builds up logically. The only requirement is a working laptop, a stable internet connection, and commitment to show up to the live sessions.
Generic VA courses teach you to manage calendars and emails — skills that compete on price with thousands of others. We train you in U.S. Revenue Cycle Management, a specialized, high-demand skill set where U.S. clinics actively struggle to find qualified VAs. You don't compete on price — you compete on competence.
Your internship is earned, not automatic. Complete the program, pass your written and practical assessments, and show up with strong class participation — and you're placed into a real-client internship to log a minimum of 120 hours of genuine experience. You finish with a portfolio, references, and a Certificate of Internship Completion; top performers also earn a partner-client recommendation letter.
Industry-ready Medical VAs in the Philippines typically start between $5–$8/hour USD, with experienced specialists in denials and prior authorization commanding $10–$15/hour or more. Your actual rate depends on your skills, communication, and the client — and the program is built to maximize all three.
Every live class is recorded and uploaded the same day. You'll also have access to workbooks, slide decks, and our learner community where coaches respond to questions throughout the week.
Live classes run every Saturday and Sunday from 2 PM to 6 PM Philippine Time for 6 weeks. Optional orientation Saturday at 10 AM PHT. Total live commitment: 48 hours over 6 weekends.
