  • Facebook & Instagram interactions: when you send our Page a message or comment on our posts, we receive your message/comment content and your public profile name so we can respond and assist you.
  • Automatically collected: basic technical data (such as device/browser type) needed to operate and secure our website.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and manage your enrollment in our training programs.
  • To communicate with you about your enrollment, payment, schedule, and onboarding.
  • To respond to inquiries you send us via Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or email — including sending you program details and our enrollment link.
  • To verify payments and provide student support.

3. Facebook & Instagram Messaging

When you message or comment on our Facebook Page or Instagram account, we use Meta's Messenger and Graph APIs to receive your message and reply — for example, to send you our enrollment details and link. We use this access only to respond to people who contact our own Page and to record them as a lead for follow-up by our team. We do not use it for any unrelated purpose, and our use complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

  • Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram messaging).
  • Email delivery provider (to send you enrollment and verification emails).
  • Cloud hosting & secure file storage (to host our systems and store uploads such as proof of payment).
  • Legal compliance: where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your Rights").
